Three Things for the week:
 
1:  Practice the body scan for at least 13 minutes/day (or longer-below are choices).

2:  Capture your experience here. It's a PowerPoint, so you can either freewrite in it, draw, or print it out and freewrite by hand or draw. Whatever you're moved to do!

3:  If you want to read more about and work through the topics I referenced, read the Introduction and Chapters 1 and 2 of my book (please do not share), in addition to the award-winning FPA article I mentioned, in the event you didn't get to it prior to class.
