1. Continue to practice focused awareness for 10 minutes/day.
3. Practice the Body Scan, below, at least once. If you have difficulty falling asleep, maybe do it at bedtime. If you want to make sure you stay awake, keep your eyes open. Remember that the Body Scan is about using each mentioned part of the body as a tiny anchor--bringing your attention to it and being curious about the sensations present rather than thinking about it.
