Teens Class 2
Three things:
1. Here's a Body Scan and a Focused Attention practice. They're both short. Please do one or both each day, and I look forward to seeing you next week!
2: Capture your experience here. Print it and write by hand. We all need to be writing by hand each day. It's good for your brain!
3: Choose something you would call a habit--maybe brushing your teeth--and do it with the opposite hand or otherwise slowly and mindfully.
