Three things:

1. Here's a Body Scan and a Focused Attention practice. They're both short. Please do one or both each day, and I look forward to seeing you next week!

2:  Capture your experience here. Print it and write by hand. We all need to be writing by hand each day. It's good for your brain!

3:  Bring awareness to one emotion--pick one -- that you frequently have. Ask yourself: Who would I be without this thought? Here's a list of things you can do to quickly shift your emotional state. Try a few!
