Five things:
1. Here's short Focused Attention practice, and a longer one, and a short Body Scan. This week the focus is on focused attention, but . . . you do have 2 weeks before Class 3, so mix it up!
2: Capture your experience here. Print it and write by hand. We all need to be writing by hand each day. It's good for your brain!
3: Eat mindfully, at least once a day.
4. Here's the video I talked about. If you're not completely following, that's okay, as we'll be working on this for THE WHOLE COURSE. It takes a while for it to sink in, and the best way to accelerate the sinking in is to do your practices so you FEEL what she's talking about.
