1:  Practice a body scan each day. Pick one!

2:  Capture your experience here.

3:  Take a gander at Chapters 3, 7, and 9, and try some of the practices in Chapter 9 or maybe even focused attention, on your own. Just for a minute or two. Here's the book again.

4:  As far as the Window of Tolerance goes, Dan Siegel coined it in The Developing Mind. This is a good recap. There are many, however the ones I found were usually selling something or had an angle that Siegel didn't originally intend. Here's a neat video, that mentions my favorite topic-SLEEP!
